We’re delighted to welcome you online. Follow the steps below to access the virtual platform, personalise your profile, and get the most out of the live sessions.
🔐 Accessing the Virtual Platform
- Visit the official conference website and select Log in in the top-right corner.
- Use the same email address you used when registering for ESVO 2026.
- If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Forgot password” option to reset it.
Tip: For the best experience, keep one tab open for the stream and another for the programme or Q&A.
🧑💼 Personal Page & Profile
After logging in, click your name in the top-right corner and choose Personal page. Here you can:
- Update your personal information and contact details.
- Upload a profile photo so colleagues can recognise you.
- Write a short bio/description to introduce yourself.
📺 Joining the Live Stream
- Open the main menu and click the Stream tab.
- Select Meeting Hall to start the live broadcast.
- If the stream doesn’t start immediately, refresh the page or re-open the Meeting Hall.
🛠️ On-Screen Controls
At the bottom of the stream page you’ll find interactive buttons:
- Fullscreen Expands the video to fill your screen.
- Questions Send questions to the session moderators.
✅ Quick Checklist
- Use a modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari) and update it to the latest version.
- Close bandwidth-heavy apps and plug in headphones for clearer audio.
- If you experience stutter, lower any active video calls/downloads on your network.
If you don’t see the Stream tab after logging in, double-check you’re signed in with the registration email and refresh the page.

Experiencing an urgent access issue right before a session? Follow these steps:
- Log out of the platform.
- Close your browser completely.
- Open a new browser window.
- Log back in with your registration email.
- Go to Stream → Meeting Hall.
