ACCOMMODATION

Book your accommodation at the meeting venue – ARCOTEL Wimberger.

We strongly recommend that participants reserve their accommodation at the conference hotel in order to stay on-site and benefit from maximum convenience throughout the event.

Please note that this is the only official website for purchasing registration fees and accommodation. Accommodation is provided at discounted prices.

GUARANT International strongly advises all not to work with any unauthorized vendors/companies who may offer you hotel reservation services by phone/e-mail with "discounted conference prices" and try to obtain your personal data, including credit card details.

All prices quoted are per room per night including breakfast, 10% VAT and city tax. Should VAT change before the beginning of the Meeting, the hotels will automatically change the price of your hotel room.

Please note that the price of accommodation is not included in the registration fees.

INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS

To make a hotel reservation at a discounted price, please use the direct reservation link provided by the hotel on this website.

Reservations will be processed on a “first-come, first-served” basis. We highly recommend booking your accommodation as soon as possible.

Please note that a credit card is used to guarantee the reservation.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

All changes or cancellations must be sent directly to the hotel.

Cancellation is possible free of charge until 21 days before arrival. After that, the hotel charges 100% of the stay.
