Yes, online participation is available for all scientific sessions, and posters will be available directly on the meeting platform. Please note that workshops are excluded from the online format and must be attended in person.

Participants can choose between a full meeting registration or a single-day pass. Please note that these options cannot be combined — for example, it is not possible to purchase two single-day passes for the same attendee. If you plan to attend for more than one day, you must register for the full event.
It depends on your ticket type. The Welcome Drink is included with a full meeting registration as well as with a Thursday single-day pass (24 September) — no additional registration is required. The Gala Dinner is not included in any registration type and must be booked separately.

Yes, a block of rooms has been reserved at the venue — ARCOTEL Wimberger Wien — at a preferential rate for meeting delegates. We recommend booking early as availability is limited.
